How does pricing work for a custom rug?
Custom rugs are priced by size and material, and you get a transparent quote alongside your free mockup, before any commitment. Wool and hand-knotted pieces sit at the higher end; jute and cotton flatweaves are the most affordable.
What if I do not like the mockup?
Revisions are free and you only commit once you approve the final design. We will keep iterating until the rug is right.
What sizes can you make?
Anything from a 2' × 3' accent rug to a 14' × 20' room rug, and runners in any length. If your space is unusual — L-shaped, round, oversized — describe it and we will work with you.
How do I send sketches or inspiration photos?
Reply to the email we send after you submit this form. Sketches, paintings, photographs, fabric samples — our design team translates them into a weaver-ready pattern and sends a mockup back for approval before weaving begins.
How long does production really take?
Most custom rugs take 4–6 weeks to weave, depending on size and complexity. Fine hand-knotted wool can take 8–10 weeks. Shipping adds roughly 7–14 days worldwide with tracking.
Can I change my mind once weaving has started?
Once you approve the mockup and weaving begins the rug is committed, because it is being made only for you. That is why we never start without written approval, and why revisions before that point are unlimited.
Is there a minimum order or a deposit?
No minimum order. We usually take a deposit at design approval and the balance before shipping; smaller pieces can be paid in full upfront.
