Custom rugs are priced by size and material — we'll send a transparent quote with your free design mockup, before any commitment. Most custom rugs land between $300 and $2,500. Wool and hand-knotted rugs sit at the higher end; jute and cotton flatweaves are most affordable.

No problem — design revisions are free, and you only commit once you approve the final design. We will iterate as many times as needed until your rug is exactly right.

Any size, from 2'×3' accent rugs up to 14'×20' large room rugs. Hallway runners can be made in any length up to 20 feet. If your space is unusual (L-shaped, round, oversized), just describe it and we will work with you.

After you submit the form, we will email you within 24 hours — reply to that email with sketches, paintings, photos, fabric samples, or any references. Our design team translates them into a weaver-ready pattern. We always send a digital mockup back for your approval before weaving begins.

Most custom rugs take 4–6 weeks to hand-weave, depending on size and complexity. Hand-knotted designs in fine wool can take 8–10 weeks. Shipping adds another 7–14 days worldwide via DHL or FedEx.

Once you approve the mockup and weaving begins, the rug is committed since it is being made specifically for you. That is why we never start without your written approval — and the mockup process allows unlimited revisions until you are sure.

No minimum order. We typically take a 50% deposit at design approval and the balance before shipping. Smaller items under $400 can be paid in full upfront.
