We are an Indian seller operating from a remote location. Our products are carefully handcrafted by skilled weavers in small villages across India.

To ensure smooth delivery, please provide your valid contact number and email address when placing your order. The Customs Department in your country may need to reach you for package clearance. If they are unable to contact you, the shipment may be returned, and the buyer will be responsible.

- Flattening the Rug
The rugs are folded for shipping, which may cause a slight bulge in the middle. However, you can easily flatten them by rolling them out for a day or placing something heavy on them for 1-2 days. This will ensure they become flat and smooth.

- Returns/Exchange
Please note that the actual products may have slight variations in color due to camera effects and the screen resolution of your device. Additionally, as our products are handmade by skilled weavers, there may be slight differences in design and size.
We are happy to accept returns in the event of damage or if you receive the wrong product. However, it is important to understand that minor variations in color and size do not qualify as a damaged or wrong product.

- Import Duties/Taxes
Please be aware that any import fees, taxes, and charges specific to your country are the responsibility of the buyer. These fees will need to be paid by the buyer upon delivery of the order. Rest assured, we offer free shipping for all orders.

*Packing & Installation*

Our rugs are carefully packed in a folded manner, which may cause slight bulging in the middle. To flatten, simply roll the rug and lay it flat for a day. You can also place heavy objects on the rug for 1-2 days to ensure it lies flat.

- Minor differences in color and size are not considered defects.
- Buyers are responsible for duties, taxes, and import fees.
- If delivery is refused and the shipment returns, we're not responsible for reshipment or refunds.
