Product Care: Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Do not use chlorine bleach products. To maintain the life of your rug, sponge gently with a neutral pH soap or textile wash solution and rinse thoroughly in warm water. Lightly vacuum with a low-pile towel to remove loose dirt from major surfaces without disturbing the pile.
*Packing & Installation*
Our rugs are carefully packed in a folded manner, which may cause slight bulging in the middle. To flatten, simply roll the rug and lay it flat for a day. You can also place heavy objects on the rug for 1-2 days to ensure it lies flat.
*Return Policy*
We accept returns only in cases of damaged or wrong products. For exchanges or size changes, buyers are responsible for return shipping charges and shipping charges for the new product.
*Important Notes*
- Minor differences in color and size are not considered defects.
- Buyers are responsible for duties, taxes, and import fees.
- Free shipping is provided, but buyers must pay applicable duties and taxes upon delivery.
- If delivery is refused and the shipment returns, we're not responsible for reshipment or refunds.
Special Note for U.S. Buyers
